Resolution on Iraq War

Here is a draft of a resolution calling for the end to the Iraq War and the use of those monies for social programs like libraries.  This is based upon a resolution done in the 1970's against the Vietnam War.  Based upon my discussions with many of you, I believe this is worded in such a way that I would support the resolution.  Please let me know if you have thoughts on this issue.  Thanks.
